Vantage Markets is hiring a Business Development Executive / Manager to join their expanding team in Dubai. The role involves driving business growth in the Forex industry, exceeding sales targets, and building strong, long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in Forex sales and business development, and a passion for financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth

• Execute business development plans and exceed sales targets

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospects aligned with targets

• Leverage existing relationships to generate new business leads

• Stay updated with financial market trends and trading news

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements

• Provide regular performance reports and market feedback to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Forex/Financial Services industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Active client portfolio is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis

• Proficiency in MT4/MT5 trading platforms

• Experience with CRM tools and strong MS Office skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and think strategically
