Unity Infotech is hiring a Senior Project Management Office professional to lead and oversee critical IT project portfolios within the banking and financial sector. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Agile practices, Scrum methodology, and project leadership, with a strong background in banking operations and digital transformation initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects ensuring delivery within defined budgets and timelines.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to teams on Agile methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Serve as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Oversee strategic project planning aligned with corporate objectives in the financial and banking sector.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage resources efficiently, and optimize delivery.

• Drive digital transformation and improve operational efficiency across banking departments including Corporate Banking, Treasury, Trade, Risk, and Support Functions.

• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure effective relationship and stakeholder management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT or related fields.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT project management within banking/financial services.

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master across Agile teams.

• 2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.

• Strong expertise in business analysis, people management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.

• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects in the financial domain.
