Metamorphic Building Contracting LLC is seeking a highly experienced Procurement Officer with expertise in UAE-based pool construction and interior fit-out procurement. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of local vendors, import/export procedures, and material specifications relevant to luxury residential projects in the UAE. This full-time, on-site position involves end-to-end procurement for swimming pool systems, interior materials, and managing suppliers for high-end construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Sourcing:

  • Handle procurement for swimming pool systems, waterproofing, pumps, filtration units, tiles, lighting, and fittings.

  • Source materials for interiors such as flooring, gypsum, joinery, lighting fixtures, sanitary ware, and furniture.

  • Ensure materials meet project design standards and specifications.

  • Obtain competitive quotes, compare bids, and negotiate deals.

• Vendor & Supplier Management:

  • Identify and qualify reliable UAE-based suppliers for pools and interior works.

  • Maintain approved supplier lists with up-to-date contact information, credit terms, and delivery capabilities.

  • Conduct vendor evaluations based on performance, cost, and delivery schedules.

• Documentation & Coordination:

  • Prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs), delivery schedules, and submittals.

  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and finance for material delivery and approval.

  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.

• Compliance & Cost Control:

  • Ensure procurement complies with UAE regulations and company SOPs.

  • Track and report cost savings, price fluctuations, and budget adherence.

  • Assist in maintaining project timelines by ensuring timely delivery and resolving supply chain issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in procurement, specifically for pool construction and interior materials.

• Strong database of local vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Knowledge of UAE customs, logistics, and delivery processes.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with project BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and procurement tracking tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
