Black Box is seeking an Account Manager GSI to drive revenue growth and expand its client base in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying customer needs, offering Black Box solutions, and driving new business from prospects and current customers. As a consultative sales professional, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and understand customer needs, responding to objections effectively

Connect customer business objectives with Black Box solutions

Negotiate and close sales campaigns

Retain and expand customer base through cross/up-selling opportunities

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients

Partner with internal teams for goal alignment and sales refinement

Prospect and generate new leads through networking
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience

5+ years in business-to-business sales, ideally in consultative sales or pre-sales roles in the software or IT services sector

Proven track record in solution selling and achieving sales goals

Strong negotiation, collaboration, and time-management skills
