This full-time, on-site role is designed for aspiring pilots who are committed to excellence and safety in aviation. As a Cadet, you will serve as Second in Command under the supervision of a Captain or aircraft Commander, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of flights in both normal and non-normal scenarios.

In addition to flight responsibilities, you are expected to represent flydubai as a brand ambassador, maintaining a high standard of professionalism, discipline, and appearance throughout your duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Captain in ensuring safe, efficient, and timely flight operations

• Ensure compliance with flydubai’s Operations Manuals and SOPs

• Monitor fueling, cargo/baggage loading, and aircraft servicing

• Demonstrate a strong sense of duty of care for both crew and passengers

• Uphold the airline’s values and ensure consistent adherence to safety regulations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Fluent in English and Arabic

• 225 hours flying time (for ages 20–34) or 1,000 hours flying time (for ages 35–50)

• CPL/IR with MCC (Frozen ATPL)

• 1st Class Medical Certificate (ICAO standard)

• GCAA Air Law exam (for foreign license holders)

• ELP level 4 or above

• Proof of military service completion or exemption preferred
