We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior LED Screen Operator to join our production team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional visual experiences at live shows, ceremonies, graduations, conferences, and other high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage LED screens during live events, ensuring crisp, high-quality visual output.

• Configure and set up Novastar processors, signal routers, and other related display hardware.

• Run and control event visuals using software such as Resolume, V-Mix, and Watchout.

• Perform pre-event system checks, calibrations, and technical rehearsals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site technical issues swiftly to maintain smooth event flow.

• Collaborate with event directors, technical crews, and AV teams to deliver according to event scripts and requirements.

• Maintain equipment safety, cable management, and proper power distribution during setup and operation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in event production and LED screen operation.

• Proficiency in using Resolume, V-Mix, Watchout, and other display control software.

• In-depth knowledge of LED technologies, video mapping, signal flow, and show file management.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly in a live-event setting.

• Strong understanding of electrical safety, rigging principles, and system integration.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 5 to 20 years in the events production industry

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules
