We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

As a key representative of the company, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, offering timely solutions, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and anticipate customer needs to deliver timely, relevant, and effective support.

  • Provide accurate information regarding company services, ongoing projects, and updates using CRM systems and communication tools.

  • Handle real-time queries and complaints through calls, messages, or emails, ensuring full resolution and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain and update a well-organized database of customer interactions, feedback, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with managers to stay updated on company policies, service changes, and new projects.

  • Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve service/product-related issues efficiently.

  • Continuously improve service standards through training, feedback, and process optimization.

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Executive or Representative.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer service software.

  • Skilled in handling phone-based and digital communications with clients.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Tech-savvy with excellent computer and data entry skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
