Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients as directed by the cook or chef.

• Help unload and organize food deliveries and kitchen supplies.

• Wash, dry, and store all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools properly.

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in food prep and dishwashing areas.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper use of protective gear.

• Support kitchen staff with various tasks during busy service hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.

• Valid food handler’s license is required.

• Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks.
