Al Mashhad is seeking a Floor Director to join their Studio Operations Team at their Dubai headquarters. The Floor Director will manage set preparation and communicate effectively with talent and crew to ensure smooth operations during live and taped broadcasts. This is a critical role in supporting the director’s requirements, ensuring the production runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the director’s requirements are met during live and taped broadcasts

• Managing set preparations and ensuring proper communication with talent and crew

• Supporting smooth operations in the studio by being proactive and organized

Who We Are Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in live television studio production

• Understanding of news and programming production processes

• Proficient in basic computer use (Microsoft Office, E-mail, etc.)

• Strong communication skills, especially in managing a live studio environment

• Arabic language skills and cultural knowledge are highly desirable
