KitchenPark is seeking a Junior Real Estate Analyst to join their growing team in Dubai. This full-time role involves sourcing new properties, conducting market analysis, preparing financial models, and providing strategic insights to support investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Source new properties, landlords, and local authority areas

• Negotiate with property owners and landlords

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for investments and developments

• Assist in preparing investment memorandums, presentations, and reports

• Monitor key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes

• Maintain and update real estate databases with accurate information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Economics, or Engineering

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail

• Understanding of the commercial real estate market in the UAE

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
