Converge is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join their Dubai office. This role is pivotal within the regional People & Culture team, partnering with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, performance, and cultural initiatives. The role involves supporting talent management, diversity programs, and HR transformation initiatives across the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align the people agenda with strategic business objectives by partnering with business leaders

• Drive employee engagement, performance, and development programs

• Support talent management, succession planning, and capability building initiatives

• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs

• Manage complex employee relations and coach leaders through people challenges

• Lead or support regional HR projects and change management initiatives

• Collaborate with global COEs on policy design, HR tools, and digital enablement

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal governance standards

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a multinational or regional matrix structure

• Arabic speaker is a must

• Strong track record in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders

• Experience in leading people initiatives across multiple HR disciplines (e.g., talent, engagement, culture, ER)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are advantageous

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
