Job Title: HR Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical HR Analyst to support the development and implementation of data-driven human resource strategies. Based in the United Arab Emirates, this role plays a critical part in shaping organizational culture, enhancing recruitment and retention efforts, and optimizing HR performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies that align with business goals and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and recommend realistic short- and long-term goals, milestones, and KPIs for HR initiatives.

Analyze workforce data to support strategic decision-making around recruitment, retention, staffing, motivation, and compliance.

Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to improve organizational culture and drive performance.

Ensure smooth implementation of new HR policies, programs, and initiatives, including ongoing adjustments as needed.

Collect and compile HR data from diverse sources such as HRIS systems, payroll, employee surveys, and government labor statistics.

Develop and present comprehensive reports to communicate trends, outcomes, and recommendations.
