Job Title: Financial Accountant 

Job Description:

We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join our finance team and take charge of critical accounting processes and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in financial principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and verify accounting records and system-generated reports for accuracy and completeness.

• Support timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including preparation of ledgers, fixed assets tracking, and tax computations.

• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Compile and publish accurate financial statements in accordance with reporting timelines.

• Ensure all financial activities comply with UAE regulations and internal company policies.

• Assist management in upholding legal and regulatory standards through routine financial monitoring and documentation.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights for forecasting, profitability analysis, and business planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, balance sheets, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

• Strong decision-making and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and soft skills to ensure smooth coordination within the organization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other financial software.

• Ability to generate precise financial reports and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

• Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.

• Previous experience in financial accounting or audit coordination is preferred.
