Job Title: Junior Accountant 

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for accuracy and compliance. This role offers hands-on exposure to core financial processes, including audits, reconciliations, and month-end closings.

As a Junior Accountant, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of financial records, supporting audits, and producing insightful financial reports that guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine and interpret financial reports and system data to provide accurate assessments.

• Maintain precise month-end records by reviewing and finalizing all financial statements.

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of year-end external audits, including direct interaction with auditors.

• Input detailed transactional data into the general ledger and assist with month-end closing reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flows to ensure financial accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational background in Accounting or Finance.

• Strong grasp of modern accounting practices, including data analysis and cost reduction methods.

• Proficiency in preparing detailed financial reports within deadlines.

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); ERP system experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster strong professional relationships.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
