Dicetek LLC is hiring a Quality Assurance Tester with specialized experience in Digital Banking Testing and hands-on knowledge of the Newgen platform. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai requires a detail-oriented professional capable of executing comprehensive testing of digital banking workflows to ensure seamless functionality across mobile and web platforms.

As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for validating workflows, ensuring platform integration, and supporting end-to-end testing processes within the banking domain. The ideal candidate should bring technical insight into Newgen’s BPM and document management systems and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional, integration, and UAT testing of digital banking applications

• Test end-to-end workflows on the Newgen platform (BPM, workflow, document management)

• Ensure smooth operation across both mobile and web banking platforms

• Collaborate with teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality test outcomes

• Report defects, verify fixes, and maintain detailed documentation
