OHS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their renewable energy team, focusing on solar power plant development. This leadership role will oversee all operational aspects of solar projects from inception to completion, including strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring excellence in engineering, construction, procurement, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s renewable energy goals.

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project planning, design, and execution.

• Oversee regulatory compliance, permitting, and environmental assessments.

• Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Optimize workflows and establish performance metrics to achieve operational targets.

• Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and governmental agencies.

• Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines, addressing risks or challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles (COO or similar), ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure projects.

• In-depth knowledge of solar power plant development, engineering, and construction processes.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
