Kavak.com, the leading e-commerce platform for buying and selling pre-owned vehicles in Latin America, is expanding into the GCC region. They are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor – After Sales to join their team in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer service by providing expert guidance, transparent communication, and efficient service coordination for customers’ automotive needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Coordination: Schedule and manage service appointments to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle repairs.

• Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact, addressing concerns and providing detailed explanations of services and costs.

• Documentation and Records: Prepare service orders, including labor, parts, and other charges, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

• Sales and Upselling: Promote additional services, products, and maintenance plans based on customer needs.

• Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints promptly, follow up post-service, and build long-term customer relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a service advisor in a multi-brand automotive organization within the GCC. (Freshers on visit visa may apply)

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive technology or customer service is a plus.

• Proficiency with computer systems and software used in automotive service management.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic speakers preferred).

• Strong automotive knowledge, including systems and repair procedures.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
