A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Senior Associate to join its growing Dubai office. The firm, known for its expertise in sectors like transport, energy, real estate, and private capital, offers the opportunity to work on high-profile corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and investment structures.

• Provide advisory services on corporate and commercial matters across various sectors.

• Support clients with UAE and Middle East regulatory and corporate compliance.

• Contribute to business development and build strong client relationships.

• Mentor and support junior lawyers and trainees.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or other common law jurisdiction).

• Minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in a leading law firm.

• Strong corporate transactional background, ideally with cross-border experience.

• UAE or Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.

• Proven ability to manage clients and complex matters.

• A collaborative team player with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
