Huspy, the largest proptech company in the EMEA region, is looking to build a future talent pool for upcoming Product Strategy and Ops roles. This remote, full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the Product team to drive high-impact initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure operational efficiency as Huspy continues to scale.

Huspy is backed by leading investors like Sequoia, Balderton, Founders Fund, and Olayan, and has offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Madrid, and Valencia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams to define and execute high-impact roadmaps aligned with company goals.

• Optimize scalable processes that support Huspy’s hyper-growth and operational efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for product, operational, and growth improvements.

• Search for new features and improvements to enhance the customer experience.

• Manage critical vendor relationships and develop systems to measure success.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g., strategy consulting, investment banking, or tech companies).

• Strong passion for problem-solving with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.

• Empathy for customers and a user-centric design focus.

• Genuine interest in the real estate industry and a passion for innovation in proptech.

• Experience in product or strategy roles, ideally within a tech-driven environment.
