Technip Energies is hiring a Senior Planning Engineer for its Abu Dhabi office. The role involves developing project schedules, preparing progress reports, analyzing risks, and ensuring the project follows the approved timeline and scope. The position is a full-time, on-site role with an ASAP start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop overall project schedules from conceptual to handover, incorporating standard productivity norms and project logics.

• Prepare planning documents such as baseline schedules, progress reports, and manpower deployment plans.

• Perform schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation plans.

• Update and maintain project schedules, progress statistics, and S-curves.

• Analyze project performance using Earned Value Management and report on CPI and SPI.

• Contribute to change management processes and report schedule impacts.

• Act as a focal point for engineering discipline leads regarding scheduling and progress issues.

• Assist management in decision-making and perform other support functions as directed.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering planning, including experience in FEED, EPC projects, and other phases.

• Proficient in Primavera, Primavera Risk Analyzer, Acumen Fuse, MS Excel, Power BI, and other scheduling software.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in earned value management and schedule analysis.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
