OKX, a global leader in crypto exchange and the creator of OKX Wallet, is hiring a Leadership Recruiting Senior Manager in Dubai. This is an on-site, full-time position for a passionate, strategic, and results-driven professional to lead senior-level talent acquisition across global functions.

In this role, you’ll design and implement tailored executive hiring strategies, support key stakeholders, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with business leaders in Product Engineering, Product Management, Growth, and Central Functions, as well as with regional and global HR partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute executive search strategies across functions and regions.

• Source and engage top-tier talent using advanced sourcing techniques and candidate mapping.

• Conduct detailed market research and share key insights with leadership.

• Build and maintain strong prospect networks and long-term candidate relationships.

• Represent and promote OKX’s employer brand and value proposition within the industry.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in global executive-level hiring, preferably in tech, Web3, or related industries.

• Strong background in talent mapping and building executive candidate pipelines.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results with a strategic and data-driven approach.
