Christian Dior Couture is looking for a Trainer for its flagship boutique in Dubai. The role involves identifying training needs, delivering training programs, and coaching the sales team to meet Dior’s high standards of service, client experience, and sales performance. This is a hands-on role that includes delivering onboarding programs, conducting team briefings, and ensuring that sales associates perform to KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Training Initiatives: Oversee all training programs for the flagship boutique and implement the Diorly monthly calendar.

• Team Development: Collaborate with boutique directors and department managers to structure staff development programs.

• Observation and Coaching: Observe sales teams on the floor and provide immediate coaching based on performance reports.

• Onboarding: Ensure 100% completion of onboarding programs for new joiners, including training on Dior app and retail platforms.

• Follow-Up and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of training through performance results and feedback.

• Creative Training Solutions: Identify and propose innovative training solutions tailored to team needs and boutique situations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a luxury retail training role is essential.

• Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in training and development.

• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and deliver training through various mediums in both English and Arabic.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer software and retail applications.
