Transguard Group is seeking an Operations Manager – Aviation Cargo Services to support the efficient delivery of services in line with commercial agreements. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while liaising with internal stakeholders to manage and optimize processes within aviation, transport, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain operational performance across assigned contracts

• Ensure on-time deployments of all assets in line with client demands

• Monitor financial performance and daily reporting, including operational data

• Maintain adherence to SOPs, SWIs, and achieve SLAs and KPIs

• Manage client relationships and ensure full account management

• Propose initiatives for efficiency improvements and cost reductions

• Analyze trends to enhance processes, solutions, and programs

• Optimize workflows by implementing streamlined processes and quality control measures

• Promote innovation through automation tools and research into industry trends

• Drive a culture of operational excellence and motivate team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry

• Strong background in transport management, rostering, and deployments

• Awareness of operation procedures and customer relationship management

• Effective report writing and data analysis skills
