Technip Energies is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves overseeing construction management within EPC, FEED, and detailed engineering environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery in complex industrial sectors, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead construction management efforts on complex projects, reporting directly to the Head of the Department

• Oversee project delivery in EPC, FEED, and detailed engineering environments

• Ensure construction processes meet regulatory requirements and engineering principles

• Manage and lead teams, fostering collaboration and excellence in execution

• Ensure quality standards are met while working within tight deadlines

• Proficiency in project management software and tools to track progress and ensure successful project outcomes

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and resolve project issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Over 15 years of experience in construction management within EPC, FEED, and detailed engineering environments

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills

• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) preferred

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
