Boeing Global Services is seeking a Technical Sales Lead to join its Commercial Aviation group. The role involves providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, working closely with Sales Directors and Customer Success Leads to grow accounts, and engaging with key stakeholders to align customer commitments to solution implementations. This position focuses on flight deck, flight operations, and IT departments in aviation.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales Directors and Customer Success Leads to strengthen relationships and grow key accounts

Provide enterprise-level technical expertise throughout the sales cycle

Establish long-term relationships with customer departments, including flight operations and IT
-
Lead the technical discovery process with customer counterparts to understand system, security, data privacy, architecture, and integration requirements

Define and execute the technical aspects of solution transition after signed contracts
-
Ensure alignment with DAS flight deck, flight operations, and enterprise architecture strategies
-
Provide Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to the GTS and DAS architect groups
-
Participate in thought leadership and key technical decision maker workshops
-
Represent Boeing at tradeshows and industry events
Qualifications:
-
In-depth experience with complex aviation applications and IT/technical customer-facing work
-
Understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, security, data privacy, and integration

Experience with complex software integration solutions

Broad understanding of IT trends and emerging technologies
-
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
-
CRM platform experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, technology)

Knowledge of Boeing Digital Aviation portfolio and services
-
Commercial aviation experience
