The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to expand the company’s presence in the UAE. The role involves identifying and targeting potential clients, building relationships, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and driving revenue growth in the consulting or manpower sectors.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development plans to expand the company’s presence in the UAE

Identify and target potential clients, including private sector companies and multinational corporations

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs

Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, presentations, and bids

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and deliver high-quality services

Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote capabilities

Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities and track key metrics

Stay informed of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

At least 3 years of experience in business development in the consulting or manpower industry, preferably in the GCC region
-
Strong network in the UAE’s engineering, construction, or energy sectors
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with project management tools is a plus
-
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
