Kitopi is seeking a Restaurant Dispatcher to join their team in Dubai. The dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating food deliveries, communicating between kitchen staff and delivery drivers, and ensuring timely and accurate service to customers. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage orders and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assign delivery orders to drivers

• Monitor the status of orders and ensure timely preparation and dispatch

• Communicate with kitchen staff for real-time updates on food readiness

• Maintain communication with delivery drivers to provide directions or resolve issues

• Handle customer inquiries or complaints related to delivery timing or missing items

• Use dispatch software or POS systems to track and manage orders

• Ensure drivers are provided with the necessary materials before dispatch (receipts, correct packaging)

• Maintain a log of dispatched orders and delivery times

• Assist in resolving any delivery delays or routing issues

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dispatch or restaurant operations role is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
