The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle and building strong relationships with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

• Build and nurture strong relationships with client organizations to understand their hiring needs

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events

• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with clients and candidates

• Keep accurate and updated records in the internal recruitment database

• Attend job fairs and events to promote company services and attract talent

• Monitor market trends and advise clients on effective hiring strategies

• Collaborate with internal team members to improve recruitment processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (preferably in an agency or consulting environment)

• Strong sourcing skills with proven track record in hiring for varied roles

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media platforms, and ATS

• Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws related to recruitment and employment

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills

• A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
