TeKnowledge, a technology services provider under the YNV Group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their hybrid team in Dubai. TeKnowledge specializes in delivering cutting-edge solutions in AI, Customer Experience, and Cybersecurity, catalyzing innovation and scalable progress for clients across industries.

This full-time role is crucial in driving successful project execution within their Professional Services Organization, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality client-focused solutions. The right candidate will possess a strong foundation in project management, leadership, and stakeholder communication, with experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery

• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations

• Collaborate with technical teams and business consultants to define project goals and deliverables

• Act as the main client liaison to ensure project alignment and relationship management

• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies

• Monitor project performance and report updates to internal and external stakeholders

• Facilitate project meetings, decision tracking, and continuous team accountability

• Drive process improvements and capture project learnings for future initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related fields

• 8+ years of project management experience in professional services or consulting

• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI, cloud computing, or cybersecurity projects

• Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise tools (Microsoft 365, Azure)

• Experience leading geographically distributed teams

• Adaptability in high-paced, dynamic work environments
