Job Title: Business Development Manager 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join a prestigious bakery brand in Dubai, UAE. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a passion for the F&B industry and a proven track record in generating new business opportunities and expanding partnerships. You will be responsible for driving growth and identifying new avenues for revenue within the premium bakery sector.

As the Business Development Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to acquire corporate clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services. Additionally, you will explore new revenue streams such as events, wholesale, retail expansion, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and partnerships.

• Identify and explore new revenue opportunities, including catering services, events, wholesale, and retail.

• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the F&B sector.

• Prepare and present business proposals, customized product offerings, and pitch presentations to potential clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and revenue targets are achieved.

• Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Open to Emirati nationals only.

• 35 to 45 years old.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the F&B industry.

• Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and meeting revenue targets.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE food market and industry trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
