Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand business opportunities in waste management, recycling, and logistics sectors across the UAE.

Generate quality leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and convert them into successful deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including key decision-makers.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through continuous communication and support.

Utilize MS Office and Outlook for reporting, documentation, and communication.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the waste management, recycling, or logistics industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Own vehicle is a strong advantage.

Background in the food industry is a plus.
