Job Title Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in both paid and organic marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of digital tools, SEO best practices, and performance analysis, with the ability to lead campaigns across multiple platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, increasing traffic, and generating leads by executing high-performing digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to boost organic search performance

  • Create engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms that aligns with brand identity

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and regular reports

  • Implement technical and on-page SEO improvements, as well as backlink strategies

  • Utilize marketing automation tools for lead generation, customer engagement, and performance tracking

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated marketing strategies

  • Stay current with trends, platform algorithm updates, and industry best practices

  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize campaign ROI

  • Foster community engagement through social media and UGC (user-generated content) initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (both paid and organic)

  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing preferred

  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing is a plus

  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills

  • Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced digital environment

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
