Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist 

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a professional and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our corporate team in the United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-office experience. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and guide visitors professionally, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or contact person.

  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, and general office coordination.

  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails, ensuring effective communication between clients, visitors, and internal staff.

  • Maintain and update the company calendar, organizing meetings, appointments, and important events.

  • Handle day-to-day office tasks including scanning, printing, copying, and document collation to assist team productivity.

  • Share essential company information with visitors and callers, maintaining professionalism across all communication channels.

  • Uphold front office appearance, corporate etiquette, and ensure all reception area operations run smoothly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-office administrative role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and general office software.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Demonstrates time management, reliability, and a high level of dedication to tasks.

  • Adheres to professional dress code and workplace etiquette.

  • UAE residency required.
