Key Responsibilities:

Greet and guide visitors professionally, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or contact person.

Support internal teams with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, and general office coordination.

Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails, ensuring effective communication between clients, visitors, and internal staff.

Maintain and update the company calendar, organizing meetings, appointments, and important events.

Handle day-to-day office tasks including scanning, printing, copying, and document collation to assist team productivity.

Share essential company information with visitors and callers, maintaining professionalism across all communication channels.

Uphold front office appearance, corporate etiquette, and ensure all reception area operations run smoothly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-office administrative role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and general office software.
