A-Space Technical Services CO LLC is looking for a Project Manager to lead renovation projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing design and renovation projects, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in renovation or a similar field, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Oversee renovation projects from contract signing to completion

• Team Management: Coordinate with the sales manager, foreman, and designer to ensure smooth project execution

• Client Communication: Resolve client issues related to deadlines and processes, and address any objections

• Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient project delivery

• Decision-Making: Take ownership of decisions in project management and execution

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in renovation or a similar field

• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with both office and site visits

• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client concerns and resolve issues effectively
