Alfa Capital Management, a leading real estate firm in the UAE, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. With a reputation for integrity and professionalism, we specialize in providing exceptional property solutions across the UAE. This full-time role will involve working with both residential and commercial clients, helping them find their ideal properties and achieving sales and leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Source potential buyers through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts

  • Client Consultation: Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties

  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing key features

  • Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing

  • Negotiations: Mediate between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities

  • Documentation: Assist clients with preparing and reviewing sales contracts and legal paperwork

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals

  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record in real estate sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Other Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
