EXEED UAE, part of the Al Ghurair Group, is a renowned leader in the automotive industry, committed to driving innovation and shaping the future of the UAE’s automotive sector. We are looking for a full-time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our Dubai dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting the marketing team, and managing CRM systems to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and manage lead tracking

• Oversee the customer delivery process to ensure smooth transitions

• Support aftersales services, including product and pricing management

• Assist the marketing team with event coordination, social media content creation, and managing demo cars for influencers

• Ensure accurate data entry and track lead activity within the CRM system

• Address customer complaints by collaborating with sales and aftersales teams for resolution

• Monitor and analyze recurring issues to improve overall service

• Maintain showroom compliance with corporate identity (CI) guidelines

• Manage marketing collateral and provide PR/LPO support

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• A graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership

• Proficient in CRM tools and market research

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus

• Strategic thinker with excellent multitasking and time management abilities

• A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
