Job Title: Medical Telesales Executive 

Job Description:

A leading beauty clinic in Al Garhoud, Dubai is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive with a strong background in the medical field. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident communicators, well-versed in client interaction, and looking to grow within the aesthetics and wellness industry.

We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, solid computer proficiency, and at least 2 years of telesales experience within the medical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone to promote clinic services and treatments.

• Maintain a strong knowledge of clinic offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.

• Convert leads into appointments through persuasive and professional communication.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up.

• Accurately record call details and client interactions using clinic systems.

• Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience specifically in the medical or aesthetics field.

• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in computer use and CRM systems.

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

• Indian nationality preferred.
