As a key member of our marketing and outreach team, you will play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products or services, and generating leads for our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided databases.

• Present and promote company products/services in a clear and professional manner.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation.

• Basic understanding of lead generation and customer service best practices.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
