We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our Dubai office and drive growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, real estate, and short-term rental dynamics, with a deep understanding of the Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion:

Manage inbound leads, convert them into sales by showcasing GuestReady’s value.

Educate potential clients and negotiate deals to close.
-
Maintain and manage a healthy CRM pipeline.

Market Knowledge & Client Advisory:
-
Stay updated with Dubai real estate and short-term rental regulations.
-
Advise landlords on maximizing rental income.
-
Target and acquire high-value properties in prime locations.

Networking & Partnerships:
-
Represent GuestReady at real estate events, expos, and conferences.
-
Leverage your network of agents, brokers, and investors to generate leads.
-
Build long-term relationships with landlords, property owners, and brokers.

Referral Programs & Promotions:

Collaborate on referral programs and limited-time promotions.
-
Drive new business through incentivized initiatives.

Job Requirements:
-
3+ years of sales/business development experience in real estate or holiday homes (UAE preferred).

Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
-
Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and short-term rental dynamics.
-
Existing network of landlords, property owners, and brokers.
-
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Real estate experience is essential.
