Bvlgari Parfums is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead their Middle East Travel Retail accounts. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and driving brand visibility across multiple retail channels. The Area Sales Manager will be at the forefront of growing sales, boosting market share, and expanding the Bvlgari brand presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies for clients across the Middle East. Identify new business opportunities and manage brand visibility through space negotiations, promotional bookings, and media coordination.

• Account Management: Manage a diverse client base across 10 countries, strengthen relationships with top clients, and collaborate with the Marketing team to support sales. Ensure compliance with Bvlgari’s brand guidelines in Points of Sale (POS).

• Budgeting & Reporting: Monitor and manage the support budget, P&L per account, and reporting. Track expenses and manage accounts receivables.

• Team Management: Oversee the hiring, coaching, and motivation of the sales team, including Beauty Advisors. Coordinate with regional trainers to ensure consistent sales training and development.

Job Requirements:

• 4-6 years of sales experience in luxury brands, with a strong background in perfumes.

• International exposure in the luxury market, particularly in travel retail and sales.

• Strong negotiation skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and expertise in market competitors and trends.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex negotiations and client relations.
