Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, HACCP, Fire, and Infection Control standards in the kitchen.

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to SOPs and recipe standards.

• Manage portion and waste control to support profitability.

• Follow food preparation schedules and maintain cleaning routines.

• Store food safely in compliance with legislative requirements.

• Assist with stock ordering and inventory management.

• Work collaboratively with the Kitchen Manager and Head of Food in menu development.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.

• Strong communication skills.

Benefits:

• Annual salary: AED 180,000 to 190,000
