Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals.

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.

• Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is well-organized and displayed.

• Train and develop staff, providing coaching to improve performance.

• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Job Requirements:

• Luxury retail experience is a must.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail, with significant experience in a leadership or store management role.
