Country Sales Manager – UAE

NTT DATA, a global innovator in business and technology services, is hiring a Country Sales Manager – UAE for its Dubai office. This hybrid, full-time role is focused on leading a team of sales specialists and client managers, driving strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement in the UAE region. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of sales experience, deep vendor and client relationships, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed set targets

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategy with global and regional objectives

  • Implement and enforce sales policies, procedures, and client segmentation strategies

  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking

  • Attend key client meetings and communicate value through tailored service offerings

  • Act as a mentor and coach to sales staff, promoting priority management and growth

  • Utilize sales tools and methodologies for opportunity management and reporting

  • Develop and execute operational strategies supporting tactical and business objectives

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong sales business acumen with a focus on commercial and financial outcomes

  • Ability to manage client relationships throughout the full lifecycle

  • Expertise in solution-based selling, market trends, and client-specific use cases

  • Experience in optimizing internal resources and external vendor relationships

  • Capable of managing and executing go-to-market strategies

  • Proficient in talent management, sales planning, and business execution

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the UAE with strong client and vendor networks

  • Advanced experience in sales leadership and operational execution

  • Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets

  • Experience in negotiating critical deals and managing complex sales processes
