Nikai Group of Companies is hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to join their Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role involves end-to-end procurement responsibilities including purchase order management, payment processing, shipment coordination, supplier communication, and SAP system handling. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in consumer electronics or related industries, and will support internal teams with timely and accurate order and inventory updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process Purchase Invoices (PIs) and maintain an up-to-date order file

• Coordinate supplier payments via LC, DP, and TT with finance teams

• Handle and resolve supplier queries related to payments and discrepancies

• Maintain order histories and coordinate shipment documentation with logistics and finance

• Create and manage Purchase Orders and Inbound Deliveries (GRNs) in SAP

• Generate material codes, update costs, and manage inventory within SAP

• Track and resolve material discrepancies and shipment/payment issues

• Generate reports such as sales, material aging, and PO tracking as required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree; specialization in Supply Chain Management is a plus

• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain coordination, ideally in electronics, home appliances, or similar industries

• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets

• Familiarity with LC, DP, and TT payment processes

• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for procurement and inventory control
