Marsh Middle East and Africa is hiring a Client Relationship Manager (AVP) for a 2–3 year temporary role based at a client’s office in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing client relationships in insurance and reinsurance across property, casualty, and specialty lines, with a preference for candidates experienced in the energy and power sector. The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of relevant experience and strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years’ experience in broking, underwriting, or client-side insurance roles.

• Solid knowledge of insurance/reinsurance in property, casualty, and specialty lines.

• Experience in captive insurance and energy/power sector is advantageous.

• CII qualification preferred.

• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Strong MS Office skills.
