Nandi Impex is looking for a Senior Executive Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves significant management responsibilities across various areas, such as administration, specialist, or professional tasks. The Senior Executive Officer will manage service standards, meet business objectives, identify risks, and develop solutions to resolve issues within their work area. This is an onsite full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management Responsibilities: Oversee large areas of work, ensuring service standards and business plan objectives are met.

• Develop New Approaches: Consider and implement new strategies and operational changes within functional work areas.

• Identify and Evaluate Risks: Proactively address emerging issues and trends, evaluating their impact and developing options to mitigate risks.

• Professional or Specialist Advice: Lead small teams of specialists and coordinate work for technical and quality excellence.

• Research and Investigation: Conduct detailed research to identify options, providing recommendations based on findings.

• Collaboration: Work with senior staff and other teams to resolve issues and ambiguity.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing and coordinating the work of other specialists or technical staff.

• Strong ability to evaluate risks and develop options for mitigating those risks.

• Ability to manage service standards and meet business objectives effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex issues and provide clear recommendations.
