Hilton is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations. This role involves ensuring outstanding guest experiences, managing hotel departments, leading the operations team, and driving operational excellence. The Operations Manager will work closely with department heads, manage the hotel’s budget and expenses, and implement strategies to improve service quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support the operations team to achieve hotel objectives

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality

Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B)

Manage budgets, expenses, and labor costs in line with hotel demands

Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest experiences

Train, mentor, and evaluate Operations team members
-
Collaborate with all departments for seamless hotel operations
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Report to the Cluster General Manager with regular operational updates
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership position at international hotel chains

Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team

Proven track record in operational management and commercial acumen

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent

Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and cost control
-
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage deadlines
-
Exceptional focus on guest satisfaction and quality improvement
