Job Title: Architectural Draftsman 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting with in-depth knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and proven experience in preparing accurate, regulation-compliant drawings for construction and design projects.

This role is perfect for a drafting professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple project requirements while maintaining precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate architectural shop drawings based on design specifications and project requirements.

• Ensure all drawings meet Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and submission guidelines.

• Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure technical alignment and clarity.

• Revise and update drawings as needed based on site changes, feedback, and client input.

• Maintain organized records, version control, and proper documentation for all drawing files.

• Assist in submission processes for approvals and permits where required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman in Dubai.

• Excellent knowledge of Dubai Municipality codes, submission procedures, and standards.

• High-level proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software.

• Ability to interpret and translate architectural and engineering concepts into accurate drawings.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Prior experience working in construction or consulting firms within the UAE is preferred.
