DarGlobal is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join its real estate development team in Dubai. Reporting to the Project Director, this on-site, full-time role focuses on overseeing the end-to-end construction of luxury villas within large masterplan communities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background with a reputable UAE developer and possess a deep understanding of local codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans aligned with budgets, timelines, and objectives.

• Manage cross-functional project teams and maintain stakeholder engagement.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to senior stakeholders.

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Monitor financials and make informed recommendations for adjustments.

• Deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope and budget.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in luxury residential construction.

• Proven track record managing luxury villas or residential towers within masterplan communities.

• Experience working with reputable UAE developers and knowledge of local building regulations.

• Results-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
