Cyber Security Manager
SEPHORA Dubai , UAE

SEPHORA is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to protect its tech and digital assets, as well as customer and employee data, in the fast-evolving digital landscape. The Cyber Security Manager will be responsible for securing assets against emerging threats and will work closely with both the LVMH EME and global security teams. The position will involve risk assessments, vulnerability management, and driving cybersecurity initiatives across the region, including the UAE, KSA, and other GCC countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with EME and global security teams to enforce security strategies across local projects.

  • Manage security checks, pentests, internal/external audits, and ensure the integration of security in all projects.

  • Build partnerships with key business units to enhance information security culture.

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with security policies and deployment of initiatives in GCC.

  • Oversee incident response, employee cybersecurity awareness programs, and payment security (PCI-DSS).

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party security compliance.

  • Implement and oversee security technologies to protect assets.

  • Lead risk management and vulnerability mitigation strategies for Sephora’s systems and networks.

  • Provide hands-on support in operational projects, ensuring robust security postures for both retail and online platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in an omni-retail company.

  • Strong knowledge of information security technologies, best practices, and international standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27005).

  • Proven experience in risk management and cybersecurity in a retail or e-commerce environment.

  • Expertise in systems, network security, and vulnerability management.

  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects across various domains and geographical regions (GCC).

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the EME and Global level.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • CISSP, CRISC, or CISM certifications are a plus.

  • Arabic and French are advantageous.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
